The Potpourri, Ara Damansara

ARC Partnership was awarded the Silver medal for ‘the Potpourri’ serviced apartment project, the top winner in the multiple residential (high rise) category of winners of 2018.

Excellent use of proportion and scale to create a practical and a well-organised residential complex of liveable density which is richly detailed with aesthetically appropriate finishes.

Residence of Ar Loo Chee Keong & Ar Catherine Khaw Chin Im

Landlocked and possessing no dramatic view in its immediate vicinity, the house with three inward looking courtyards and tiered gardens literally rises above its mundane neighbourhood whilst treating its occupants to a series of vibrant spatial experience enhanced with bioclimatic responses and sustainable green features.
