The project was presented with the challenge to create a sustainable high density office development while observing a strict building height restriction by MBPJ. PJ City comprises of one million square feet of commercial office space located along the Federal Highway. It is also a pioneering project that attempted to rehabilitate and rebrand a former industrial area into a new and vibrant commercial hub in Petaling Jaya.

The Shop Office development with mixture of 3 and 4 storey buildings adopting cubism concept on the facade design to break away from the monotony of the typical shop office design. The buildings also come with varying roof height profiles to give an interesting facade composition befitting a modern shop office design typology.

Prestij Semi-D Shop Office
Client Beneton Properties Sdn Bhd
Location Kota Damansara, Selangor
A boutique semi-D shop office development that contains 14 units within a tight 2-acre site. Each unit comes with a feature glass-clad lift core facade. Interplay of colours and protrusions of balconies, overhanging roofs and screens inject a contemporary building design that enlivens an old existing neighbourhood.
