Multiple Residential High Rise Category
The design revolved around the concept of interweaving the apartment blocks both vertically and horizontally to form a matrix of multi-layered residential and recreational spaces. The residual spaces between apartment blocks are landscaped to form a seamless podium deck. 3 nos of 100- foot long suspended bridges are interspersed between the blocks to increase connectivity at high level to create an integrated living community. The apartment blocks are arranged to fringe a central park on ground level. Based on the idea of ‘A club in the park’, a recreational facilities complex is nestled within the lush greenery of the central park. A pedestrian link bridge provides direct accessibility to the adjacent Citta Mall shopping mall.

300 units spread over two 21-storey serviced apartment blocks anchor the new thriving township of Bukit Puchong. Architecture manoeuvres on the elevation and roof profile define the project as a signature development for the locality.
Irama Wangsa Condominium

Location Wangsa Maju, Selangor
The challenge for this project was to unlock the potential of the hilly 9 acre site. 3 tower blocks sit on 4 acres of the site to create an exclusive urban oasis connected to a 5 acre preserved hill park sanctuary. The development is inspired from a resort-theme lifestyle in the city.
